Once your package has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number, this communication may sometimes go to junk mail, please verify that you have received it, as e-mail regarding shipping status might not be answered immediately.

For questions regarding damages please provide pictures of the claim along with the order number and a complete explanation of the occurrence.

Promotional codes that are not used during check-out may not be applied after purchase.

Due to the nature of our sales, price adjustments cannot be made after purchase or applied to a future purchase once the sale has ended.

Packages that have been delivered by the courier but the client claims not to have received package must be aware that once a package is delivered to them, Karen Handmade nor the courier can respond to what happens to the package, that is why a tracking number is provided so you may know when to expect your package. Missing or stolen packages from clients will not be refunded or replaced.
