Karen Handmade Warranty:
All Karen Handmade products includes a WARRANTY.
If for any reason your Karen Handmade product experiences any warranty defect, within ten (10) days of receiving your original order we will ship out a brand new replacement unit at no extra charge.
A warranty replacement fee may apply if warranty issues occur after ten (10) days of receiving your original order, as well as all additional shipping costs for warranty replacement must be paid for by customer.
Only items purchased at www.KarenHandmade.com will be granted the WARRANTY.
Our items are carefully inspected numerous times before making their way to you. No broken items are shipped out. We understand during shipping, items are at risk of breaking, if you have received a broken product please contact us at info@KarenHandmade.com and provide picture of the damage so that we may rectify the situation.
We will determine if the damage was caused by client or faulty product in a fair manner, in the case of the first situation, no refund or warranty replacement will be given. However your satisfaction is our only priority.
All my rings must be protected from strong hits and dropping on hard surfaces (even though their are pretty durable), However failure to do so will result in a damaged product with a canceled warranty
